Join us for a very special evening of paella, tapas, wine tasting, and flamenco guitar in our gorgeous garden setting. Select from Paella de Carne, Paella de Pescado or Paella de Vegetariana (meat, seafood or vegetarian for any newbies!).

Chef Fer brings a culinary experience to the Articulture Gardens., cooking authentic, larger-than-life paella from scratch in-front of you and your friends while you indulge in a classic Spanish tapas selection. As Chef Fer cooks and answers questions, you’ll enjoy a selection of tapas and a Spanish wine tasting.

Chef Fer learned to cook from her mother as a young child in Spain. She passed her family traditions to her own children, who are part of her business, Paellas, Tapas, and More.

• Paella de Carne: Baby pork ribs, chicken, Spanish chorizo, local veggies, Valencian rice 

• Paella de Pescado: shrimp, mussels, scallops, calamari, fish, local veggies, Valencian rice 

• Paella de Vegetariana: fresh, local veggies, Valencian rice

Updated COVID Policy - Vaccine Required

Yes, this event is outdoors. But Paella Night revolves around eating, wine tasting, and community. As such, there will be little opportunity for masking up. So for the comfort of all guests, proof of vaccination is required to attend this event. Masks will be required if using the restroom or shopping indoors. But out in the garden during the main event, masks are optional.

You can either email a copy of your vaccination record ahead of time to info@articulturedesigns.com or bring with you to the event. But please note, if you do not have proof of vaccination you cannot attend, and there will not be refunds for day-of cancellations due to this policy. (See full refund policy below.)

NOTES: paella is naturally gluten-free.

This event is held outside in the Articulture Gardens. In the event of inclement weather, a rain date is set for the following Thursday, September 23rd.

Refund Policy

Sold Out Events: There are no refunds for sold out events. We often sell out and run a wait list for our events. Thus, if you do not show up, we missed the opportunity to open your spot for another attendee.

Within 24 Hours: There will not be a refund for cancellations within 24 hours. Prep work for Paella Night requires an accurate head count.

Within 2-7 Days: Life happens! We understand. If a conflict arises within 2-7 days of the class, we will issue you credit in the amount of your purchase. This credit can be used for another event at Articulture, an online purchase of any item, or an in-store purchase of any item. 

Greater than 7 Days: With advanced notice greater than seven days, we can issue a full refund if you are no longer able to attend. You also have the option to use as credit for another class or item, but refund is also available.
