Now Hiring: Client Services Coordinator

If you’re an experienced account manager and a plant lover, this is your dream job! Articulture Designs is seeking a leader in our plant care/maintenance business unit to act as the direct liaison with our recurring plant maintenance clients.

Responsibilities:

This is a full-time, salaried position in our plant care/maintenance client business unit. At its core, the primary responsibility is to ensure our clients plants are alive, healthy, and beautiful.  You will report to and work closely with the company founder and director. Primary job duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Be direct liaison with our commercial and residential clients

  • Maintain the service schedule of 3-4 plant care technicians providing the plant care services to our clients

  • Respond to and accommodate client requests, which can include working with owners to provide sales proposals

  • Respond to and remediate client complaints; while they’re not the norm, they must be reconciled swiftly and pleasantly

  • Provide proposals to clients based on observations provided by plant care technicians servicing the clients

  • Assist plant care technicians in their duties at client sites when needed, which can include having regular clients of your own

  • Help maintain a positive, collaborative work environment

Qualifications (Required):

  • 2-5 years of client account management experience

  • Knowledge and/or enthusiasm for plants

  • NOTE:  professional plant experience is not a requirement; but a basic knowledge of plants and plant care is

  • Demonstrated experience managing calendars/schedules

  • Excellent people skills

  • Expert proficiency in Excel, and other basic computer programs and apps
