Bubbles make everything better! From Prosecco to Cava to Champagne to Pet-nat's, there are centuries of tradition and technique to learn from, admire, and delight in. Join Sommelier Sisi Berry of Mi Paella Specialty Catering for an in-depth look at the delicious differences between her favorite type of pearls- BUBBLES.

We'll taste four different sparkling wines in the beautiful Articulture gardens, learning about the techniques and terroir of each, and how they lend to the different styles. The afternoon will include a charcuterie selection for your delight. Designated Driver tickets are also available, your DD will get the snacks, education, and some non-alcoholic sparkling to join the toast!

About SiSi Barry: SiSi is a Venezuelan-American who's upbringing as a traveling military brat jumping from Venezuela to Germany, and all over the states formed her love for the world and what each corner so naturally gives. After attending University to study Biology/Biochemistry, she moved to Spain to pursue enology and viticulture working as a consultant and wine chemist in vineyards in Penedes, Rioja, Ribera del Duero, and Mallorca. She later pursued and received her Level II Sommelier certification.  She now imparts her knowledge and passion for wine and bubbles as a part of the dynamic team behind Mi Paella Specialty Catering.

Refund Policy

Sold Out Events: There are no refunds for sold out events. We often sell out and run a waitlist for our events. Thus, if you do not show up, we missed the opportunity to open your spot for another attendee.

Within 24 Hours: There will not be a refund for cancellations within 24 hours.

Within 2-7 Days: Life happens! We understand. If a conflict arises within 2-7 days of the class, we will issue you credit in the amount of your purchase. This credit can be used for another event at Articulture, an online purchase of any item, or an in-store purchase of any item. 

Greater than 7 Days: With advanced notice greater than seven days, we can issue a full refund if you are no longer able to attend. You also have the option to use as credit for another class or item, but refund is also available.
